Signing Up for Obamacare Not So 'Easy-Peasy'

President Obama told comedian Zach Galifianakis "healthcare.gov works great now" earlier in March. White House adviser Valerie Jarrett confidently tweeted Monday that signing up on the Obamacare exchange is "easy-peasy."

But for millions of Americans since the law launched in October, that just hasn't been true, and even on the deadline to sign up Monday, the site again had technical problems.
