Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D., Texas) on Friday called Former President Barack Obama "brother" and said that President Donald Trump's White House is "topless" on Sirius XM's "The Black Eagle" with host Joe Madison.

Jackson Lee and Madison discussed President Donald Trump's budget proposal that was released on Thursday.

"I think you have just heard the inner workings of the demise of the Republicans in Congress," Jackson Lee said, referring to Glenn Thrush's tweet about a Republican aide saying Congress has become accustomed to ignoring orders from the White House.

Jackson Lee continued to knock the Republican's health care bill and called Obama a "brother."

"They spent eight years not designing a health bill that would be reasonable and rational, they spent eight years attempting to undermine, malign, call names, of at least a brother, President Barack Obama," Jackson Lee said.

Jackson Lee said Obama had "his faculties, and his intellect, and knew how to run a government."

She then another swipe at Trump, saying, "So now what they have is a topless White House."

"They are aimlessly floating on the ocean of despair," Jackson Lee said of the Trump administration.

As the interview was rounding out, Madison thanked Jackson Lee for the interview and said they would speak again, but Jackson Lee wanted to get one last word in.

"Let me just say this, you do not have to commit a crime to be impeached, you can offend the public political process by the abuse of public trust," Jackson Lee said, most likely referencing the impeachment of Bill Clinton.
