Belichick Seen Sporting ‘Don’t Tread on Me’ Shirt

BY:

Patriots coach Bill Belichick showed up to prepare for Sunday's big game wearing the iconic Gadsden snake and motto on his back. "Don't Tread on Me" was set over the coiled snake and an American flag, a picture from the Boston Herald shows.

The Patriots went on to win the Superbowl. There's no report on Belichick's motivation for wearing the shirt but patriotic clothing has seen a boom after the recent release of American Sniper.
