Jordan Tells Katy Tur He’ll Buy Her New Book Since It’s ’30 Percent Off at Barnes & Noble’

At the end of a scrappy interview with MSNBC's Katy Tur on Friday, Rep. Jim Jordan (R., Ohio) told her he was thinking of buying her election memoir since it's "30 percent off at Barnes & Noble."

"By the way, Katy, I was reading part of your book the other night. We were in Barnes & Noble … Before I even knew I was coming on this week, I was actually reading the first part, the election night, I was reading that portion of your book," Jordan said. "Very interesting."

"You like it?" Tur asked.

"I'm going to get the whole thing. Yeah, it was like 30 percent off at Barnes & Noble, I need to buy it and read the whole thing," Jordan said.

"I will send you a copy, Congressman," Tur said.

Tur's book Unbelievable came out last year and detailed her 18 months covering Donald Trump's rollicking presidential campaign. Among its revelations was the veteran reporter saying she nearly vomited the night of Trump's surprise victory.
