Venezuelans who devote hours scouring supermarkets for toilet paper have just received some digital help thanks to a young software developer. To solve this epidemic an Android app was created by Jose Augusto Montiel, which allows residents to track down much needed TP. The app notifies users of recently stocked stores around their location and has already been downloaded over 12,000 times.
