First Lady Michelle Obama joined the campaign trail for Democratic Senate candidate Bruce Braley, or rather, "Bruce Bailey."
Mrs. Obama confused the Iowa Democrat’s name during a rally on Friday. She referred to the candidate twice as Bruce "Bailey" before audience members corrected her.
"Go to vote.brucebailey.com," Obama said. "That’s vote.brucebailey.com."
"Braley?" Obama asked the audience. "What did I say?"
Shortly after the flub from the first lady it appeared that the website she mentioned, votebrucebailey.com, redirected to the campaign website of Braley's Republican challenger, Joni Ernst. Braley is in a tight race with Republican candidate Joni Ernst. Ernst is leading by two points.
