MSNBC host Joy Reid has a habit of cutting down and cutting off conservative guests on "AM Joy" or any of the other programs she guest-hosts.
It makes for a lot of crosstalk, shouting, and hostility on panels that are trying to achieve the appearance of balance. It might be exhausting television, but it has made Reid a progressive favorite.
