Fox: Obama Admin Dodging Specifics on Healthcare Enrollment

Sources: White House not releasing enrollment data because it is low and 'will look bad'

Fox News national correspondent Jim Angle reported on the Obama administration's refusal to acknowledge specific healthcare enrollment figures Monday on Special Report.

At issue is White House's continual citation of the number of visitors to healthcare.gov, but steadfastly avoiding any data on how many people have actually signed up for Obamacare.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew employed the talking point on Fox News Sunday, contending the important metric is not enrollment numbers but how many people are logging on to "get the information they need to make an informed decision."

Industry sources, according to Angle, indicate the Obama administration knows how many people have signed up for healthcare but is refusing to release the data because it "will look bad."
