A Tunisian suspected of involvement in the terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi is refusing to be interviewed by the FBI without legal representation present.
The man, Ali Hamzi, was detained after comments made on social media, according to Fox News.
According to Fox, the CIA annex in Libya was shuttered by Sept. 12 and all classified material was removed or burned. The U.S. Consulate, however, has never been secured by U.S. personnel.
