Last week's events have renewed world leaders' commitment to fighting the war on terror. More than 40 world leaders marched arm-in-arm to show solidarity with France and that they were not afraid.
President Erdogan of Turkey felt differently. Erdogan said that Israel should not have been at the march against terrorism. Turkey has repeatedly ridiculed Israel for defending its self from attacks from Hamas.
'The war on terror won't succeed if it is founded on hypocrisy," said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. No world leaders have come out and condemned Erdogan's anti-Semitic remarks.
Israel has been a constant ally in the war on terror and faces constant scrutiny for protecting its citizens.
