Allen West: Treating an Al-Qaeda Operative as a Common Criminal is Wrong

The Obama Administration Is Sending Mixed Signals

Former Lieutenant Colonel Allen West joined Fox News' Brian Kilmeade Wednesday to discuss the negative consequences of trying Al-Qaeda leader Abu Anas al Liby in New York City as opposed to sending him to Guantanamo Bay.

West pointed out that we are "losing access to critical intelligence information."

He also noted the Obama administration is sending mixed signals as they've failed to determine whether this is "a war against Islamist terrorism or just some type of criminal action."
