A white-shoe New York City law firm revoked job offers for three law students who signed letters defending Hamas following the terror attack in Israel.

The firm, Davis Polk & Wardwell, rescinded the offers for three Ivy League students following their defense of the attack that left more than 1,400 Israelis dead. The students attend Harvard University and Columbia University, according to the firm.

"These statements are simply contrary to our firm’s values and we thus concluded that rescinding these offers was appropriate in upholding our responsibility to provide a safe and inclusive work environment for all Davis Polk employees," Neil Barr, managing partner at the firm, said in an email.

The firm, which did not identify the law students, said in a statement that it wants an "inclusive" workplace.

"To ensure we continue to maintain a supportive and inclusive work environment, the student leaders responsible for signing on to these statements are no longer welcome in our firm; and their offers of employment have thus been rescinded," the firm said.

The development comes after the names of college students who excused or supported Hamas after the terrorist group's murderous attack against Israel were published online. Thirty-four student groups at Harvard blamed Israel for the attack.
