Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Trump, said she was proud to stand with the pro-life movement during a CBS interview on Friday.
"Donald Trump promised as the candidate in that unbelievable impassioned defense of life on that Oct. 19 debate against Hillary Clinton that he would appoint pro-life justices to the Supreme Court," Conway said when asked about the administration's commitment to the pro-life movement.
She then highlighted Trump's answer on the question of pro-life justices on the high court before turning her focus to her involvement in the annual March for Life.
"I'm proud to stand and march with the pro-life people today," Conway explained. "We are making history in the fact that Vice President Pence will be the first vice president to ever address the march."
"This is a pro-life administration, and it's really high time that we as a nation say to ourselves, If we don't protect and promote the culture of life, then really who are we as a nation," Conway added.
Conway is scheduled to speak to the March for Life on Friday.
