Hillary Clinton Says Her Worst Habit Is Worrying Too Much

November 19, 2015

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton struggled to answer questions intended to reveal more about her personality at Live With Kelly and Michael on Thursday morning.

The Democratic frontrunner elected for the "I care too much" answer when she was asked what her worst habit was—"worrying," she said.

"I was the designated worrier in my family. So I worried not just about me, but about everybody," Clinton said. "I had to sort of wean myself off of the worry gene. It’s hard. I worry about everything."

Clinton previously claimed her greatest weakness was stupid people who don't understand why she should be president.

"You’re going after the right job then, you really are," Ripa told Clinton.

When asked what her biggest pet peeve was, Clinton responded "probably nasty political attack ads."

Clinton neglected to mention many of the ads her husband aired against his opponents through the years. She also had an "ugly" primary with then-Senator Barack Obama before he went on to win the nomination in 2008.

Clinton and her allies have gone negative in this cycle as well. Her machine refused to apologize for comparing Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) to United Kingdom Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez.

She referred to Republicans as her enemies, a comment widely rebuked by members of her own party. Her campaign has released several videos criticizing the GOP, including those on the Benghazi Committee.
