Like it or not (and most Americans do not), Kamala Harris may soon be promoted to commander in chief. We might as well familiarize ourselves with her unique rhetorical style. The way she praises "small businesses owners," scolds young people for thinking they "just fell out of a coconut tree," and boasts of being a "gumbo apprentice."
