First Lady Melania Trump said Wednesday she was "feeling great" and looking forward to returning to the White House soon following kidney surgery.
Trump, 48, underwent an "embolization procedure" on Monday to treat what the White House called a "benign kidney condition" at Walter Reed Medical Center. There were no complications and a spokesman said she would likely remain under medical care for the rest of the week.
"A sincere thank you to Walter Reed Medical Unit @WRBethesda & to all who have send good wishes & prayers!" Trump tweeted. "I am feeling great & look forward to getting back home @WhiteHouse soon."
