Former President Bill Clinton sent out a tweet Friday morning that his wife, Hillary Clinton, cannot send out.
Bill Clinton noted that Friday is the 25th anniversary of the day he was elected president of the United States, which he won with running mate Al Gore in 1992.
"Waking up this morning grateful for being elected 25 years ago today, alongside my friend Al Gore," the 42nd president wrote. "Honored to have served our great country."

Clinton's wife, however, cannot say the same; this coming Wednesday will mark the one-year anniversary since she lost the 2016 presidential election to Donald Trump. She also launched a White House bid in 2008 but lost in the Democratic primary to Barack Obama.
Bill Clinton was a major supporter of his wife's campaigns and was a major draw for crowds on the campaign trail. He held several events and fundraisers for Hillary Clinton across the country.
