GEIST: But you would admit there is a chance and perhaps a good chance it will be overturned, perhaps a 5-4 decision what do you do next? What is the next move?
JARRETT: I wouldn't concede there is a good chance it will be overruled. As I said, we are very confident that it falls well within the Supreme Court's precedent in deferring to Congress on the commerce clause. So, we are highly confident that we'll win. If we don't, then we will face that when we get there, but we are very confident we will win.
