The Washington Free Beacon's senior writer Adam Kredo said that the Trump administration will not completely remove the Iran Nuke Deal.
The Blaze Radio Network's Buck Sexton asked Kredo what he thought would happen with the Iran deal moving forward and how the Trump administration would handle it.
"It's a conversation I have on a daily basis, honestly, with the White House and other sources that I communicate to about the issue," Kredo said. "As far as I can see, I don't think the Trump administration has an appetite for wholesale dismantling the deal and I actually happen to agree with that, I think that's a bad idea."
"We already have an architecture in place that the Iranians are at least somewhat beholden to," Kredo explained. "I think we build upon this and we do this with sanctions and we do this in other ways."
Kredo said that Iran has been violating the deal though with its use of ballistic missile technology because it was codified in the UN resolution that binded the deal for Iran. Kredo added that he was hopeful that the Trump administration would be tougher on Iran than the Obama administration was on this.
