Hillary Clinton could not stifle a laugh Friday when she told the National Urban League that she was "going to be the small business president."
"We have to get off the load of student debt, because that is stopping a lot of young people from starting businesses," she said. "And so, this is about the whole economy, but in particular, what do we need to do to clear the way for small businesses to start and grow, and I'm going to be the small business president."
Clinton laughed as she ended her remarks.
