Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton released some of her emails to the House Select Committee on Benghazi. Officials said the emails suggest Clinton was concerned about the aftermath of the Benghazi attacks but show no attempt of a cover-up.
The emails also reveal that Clinton aides used personal emails to correspond with Clinton about official government business. This contradicts Clinton’s earlier statement where she said, "It was my practice to communicate with State Department and other government officials on their ‘.gov’ accounts. So those emails would be automatically saved in the State Department system to meet record keeping requirements and that is indeed what happened."
This latest Clinton contradiction had some of the Morning Joe panel suffering from "Clinton exhaustion." Huffington Post reporter Sam Stein said the email controversy is the "perfect personification" of the problems Clinton creates for herself. Stein continued that hiding her emails is not a microissue but a macroissue for Clinton.
MSNBC contributor Donny Deutsch said Clinton gives people a fatigue factor so that when you see her on TV, "you just want to change the channel."
