Psaki Denies There Are Flaws In Obama's ISIL Strategy Then Denies Saying Strategy Is Flawless

State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki said there are no flaws in President Obama’s strategy to destroy the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS). But when pressed if the strategy was "flawless," Psaki could not answer.

"In response to his question, ‘Are there flaws in the Obama strategy?’ and you said, ‘I would not say that,’ are you saying that the president’s and the U.S. strategy is flawless?" AP reporter Matt Lee asked.

"I was making a point about what our approach and what our military approach is," Psaki quipped. "That is not what I said."

Psaki's comments show the Obama administration's ineffectiveness in communicating the U.S.'s strategy to combat ISIL. Just last month President Obama told the press "we don't have a strategy yet" in regard to fighting ISIL.
