Howard Dean this morning with Joe Kernen on CNBC's "Squawk Box":
DEAN: Joe, you sure you don’t want to be on Fox? You sure you don’t want to be on Fox? You said something that I didn’t say, and then you claimed I said it.
KERNEN: Is that what they do? Whenever anyone talks about Fox, it’s amazing it could go triple the ratings of the other three [24-hour news networks] in ten years, just by presenting something that might not be always to the left.
DEAN: There’s a significant group of people in this country that actually like propaganda.
KERNEN: Is that what it is? I thought it was being unique.
DEAN: Should we talk seriously about money again here or are we going to be about Fox? Give me a break here.
KERNEN: I just saying, instead of the spoon fed pabulum from all the left-wing media outlets, one alternative comes along and they are constantly disparaged.
