Vice President Joe Biden made racist, stereotypical comments about the Port of Hong Kong's workforce and their accents during his speech about infrastructure at the Port of Houston on Monday.

JOE BIDEN: They’ll go back to China. And for any of you who have ever been to the Port of Hong Kong, as some longshoremen have, that port is more modern. If I blindfolded you and dropped you off at the Port of Hong Kong, and I said ‘Where are you?’ and you didn’t hear the accents, you’d assume it’s America because it’s the finest of ports in the world."
