Bad news for Hillary Clinton: Her favorability rating continues to fall, and a recent Quinnipiac poll of swing states (Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania) found that most voters would not describe her as "honest and trustworthy."
Clinton’s favorability ratings in these key states do not bode well, especially considering increased public exposure (e.g., a presidential campaign) tends to have a negative impact on her popularity.
Clinton continues to lead most of her prospective GOP challengers, but not by much. She fails to crack 50 percent against any challenger, and is even lagging behind some GOP candidates in certain states:
Jeb Bush
Rand Paul
Marco Rubio
In other words, she’s not exactly trending in the right direction ahead of her widely anticipated presidential campaign announcement.
