Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.) called the death of Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez a "blow to socialism" Tuesday on "Special Report."
"Well, it's a blow to socialism," he said. "It's also potentially a blow to Iran, because Hugo Chavez used that position to help Iran skirt sanctions. He had essentially become a dictator by scrapping the constitution, by seizing assets, by seizing the means of communication."
