A protester at Hillary Clinton’s rally on Tuesday in Florida yelled out, "Bill Clinton’s a rapist!" while the Democratic nominee was speaking.
The crowd roared its disapproval and began a "Hillary!" chant, while Clinton smiled with Bill Clinton’s former vice president, Al Gore, sitting behind her on the stage. Clinton did not address the protester, pausing while the audience chanted before returning to her remarks.
Juanita Broaddrick has publicly accused Bill Clinton of raping her in 1978 and said Hillary Clinton silenced her, allegations the Clintons have denied. Broaddrick, along with other women who have charged sexual misconduct at the hands of the former president, is supporting Republican nominee Donald Trump.
Hillary Clinton’s campaign website statement that all rape victims have the right to be believed was edited out in recent months.
