President Donald Trump again hit Congress' exemptions from the Affordable Care Act on Twitter Monday.

"If ObamaCare is hurting people, [and] it is, why shouldn't it hurt the insurance companies [and] why should Congress not be paying what public pays?" Trump wrote.

Trump's statement came after he threatened to end bailouts for insurance companies and members of Congress on Saturday.

The Office of Personnel Management under the Obama administration said members of Congress could get subsidized insurance through Washington, D.C.'s health insurance exchange, a rule which conservative interest groups have decried.

Trump also tweeted Monday what he views as major accomplishments of his presidency thus far, arguing that there is "no [White House] chaos." The president may have been refuting several media outlets and political commentators who have said the White House is in a chaotic state, particularly after Trump replaced Reince Priebus as his chief of staff with John Kelly, who had been the secretary of hoemland security.
