Republican Senator Tom Coburn's office went out to answer the unusual question in their latest video. They took to the streets around the capitol building to find out what the average person thinks.
The results are hilarious. Unsurprisingly, no one found the bunny back-rubs to be a prudent use of tax dollars.
Most people pointed to things like, oh, cancer research as a better use of the money.
The video is part of Coburn's 2014 Wastebook, which chronicles programs the Senator views as wasteful.
