Fox News host Bill O'Reilly blasted national security adviser Susan Rice during his "Talking Points Memo" Tuesday night, asking point-blank whether Rice was "a moron" for saying suspected deserter Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl had served with honor and distinction.
"Are you kidding me?" O'Reilly asked. "And that's on top of the Benghazi stuff? Is Ambassador Rice a moron? Why would she say that when all the facts point to the opposite?"
O'Reilly didn't stop there, questioning the competence of everyone in the Obama administration.
"What is going on inside the Oval Office?" he asked. "Why are so many mistakes being made? Big mistakes."
After the VA scandal rocking the administration last week that led to the resignation of Secretary Eric Shinseki, O'Reilly said a source in the White House told him Obama had privately admitted he would not be able to achieve his goals in his second term. According to the source, "public opinion really doesn't matter anymore" to Obama, and he will do what he wants, "consequences be damned."
