Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) mentioned Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) when asked about whether she was considering endorsing a Democratic candidate in the primary race.
"What I'd like to see in a presidential candidate is one that has a coherent worldview, and logic, from which all these policy proposals are coming forward," Ocasio-Cortez said, according to Mediaite. "I think Sen. Sanders has that. I also think Sen. Warren has that."
ICYMI- Here is our conversation with @AOC about what it will take to win her 2020 endorsement. She said it will take 'a while" to decide. She is considering @BernieSanders & @ewarren but didn’t seem high on @JoeBiden. pic.twitter.com/sT69GTusVN

Ocasio-Cortez also said that although she is "entertaining" an endorsement, "it's not going to be for a while."
Ocasio-Cortez was also asked if she would consider endorsing former Vice President Joe Biden, but she ignored the question. Last month, she said a Biden run would move the country backward.
"I can understand why people would be excited by [a Biden presidential run], this idea that we can go back to the good old days with Obama, with Obama's vice president. There's an emotional element to that, but I don't want to go back. I want to go forward," Ocasio-Cortez said.
During that same interview, she praised Sanders and Warren.
"I haven't endorsed anybody, but I'm very supportive of Bernie," Ocasio-Cortez said. "I also think what Elizabeth Warren has been bringing to the table is… truly remarkable, truly remarkable and transformational."
Earlier this week, Ocasio-Cortez and Sanders joined together on legislation to put a 15 percent cap on credit card interest rates.
Ocasio-Cortez's unfavorable rating has jumped over the past year, with a March survey showing it increasing by 15 points to 41 percent since September.
