New York Times Twitter Account Accidentally Says Obama Resigning

The New York Times First Draft Twitter account invited people to watch the "Obama resignation" on their website.

However, the ironically named NYT First Draft account was wrong. The incorrect tweet resulting in some mockery on Twitter, according to Mediaite.

Eventually the Times realized their mistake and corrected it. Turns out Attorney General Eric Holder was the one resigning.
