On Sunday, Sen. Al Franken (D., Minn.) avoided questions on travel bans and quarantines to limit the spread of Ebola in the United States.
After being prodded to answer, a moderator asked Franken, "I mean, which is it, do you support a travel ban or not?"
Franken gave some lackluster answers.
"I have nothing against a travel ban from West Africa," Franken said. "What I’m saying is it is totally insufficient."
Franken did not elaborate any further.
