Ann and Mitt Romney stopped by the Rachael Ray Show Friday morning to discuss Ann’s new book, "Romney Family Table", and to show off their family cooking skills.
While making Sweet Pork Burritos, a recipe from the book, Ray asked Mitt what his favorite food to cook is, to which he responded: "I’m the Mashed Potato Guy." He explained that in the beginning days of their marriage, Ann made a bad batch of mashed potatoes that he compared to "glue," and she told him that from then on, he would be in charge of making the mashed potatoes. Ann says that from that day on, Mitt’s Mashed Potatoes were "great."
