Julie Pace: “We’re Not Sure” What Clinton’s Message Is And “Why She’s Running For President”

On Tuesday's Morning Joe, host Joe Scarborough and guest Julie Pace discussed the presidential candidacies of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) and Hillary Clinton.

Warren has been vocal, while Clinton has refused to touch on serious issues following the Democrats' disastrous showing during midterm elections.
