Democratic Rep. To Stage Protest Against Bain Decision

Democratic Illinois congresswoman Jan Schakowsky is organizing a protest Tuesday against Mitt Romney’s former company, Bain Capital, for its decision to close its facility in Freeport, Ill.

Despite the supposed progressive aims of Schakowsky’s protest, records show that the congresswoman’s husband is a white-collar criminal.

Schakowsky’s husband, Robert Creamer, was sentenced to five months in prison in 2006 after being convicted on charges of tax evasion and writing bad checks.
