Rep. Tom Cole (R., Okla.) Tuesday Nov. 28 on Hardball explained his support for taking President Obama's offer and extending tax cuts for earners under $250,000. Rep. Cole said that an extension of those rates would protect most taxpayers from a rate increase next year.
TOM COLE: These tax rates are going up automatically unless Congress acts, I favor acting to save as many of (the tax rates) as possible.
