Senator Kay Hagan (D, N.C.) ignored her constituents Friday when she stopped speaking at a campaign event after she noticed a tracker filming her.
Hagan abruptly stopped herself and motioned to a staffer to escort the tracker out of the event.
North Carolina Speaker of the House Thom Tillis (R) is leading Hagan by a narrow margin, according to recent polling.
