Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy refused to say whether he would run on Obamacare in an interview with MSNBC’s Morning Joe Friday, citing the fact that it was "a little early" and not having "enough coffee" as his reasons.
The Democrat’s reasons may have more to do with his lukewarm approval rating in a state President Obama won by 18 points in 2012.
Malloy is currently tied with likely Republican opponent Tom Foley with each garnering 42% of the vote, a recent Quinnipaic poll found. Malloy beat Foley by only 6,000 votes out of 1.15 million cast in 2010.
