Nothing fires up 2014 midterm voters like a virus President Obama said was "unlikely" to reach U.S. shores and then having to talk about it for weeks on end after it did.

Obama pointed out there are protocols in place to battle Ebola, which is not airborne and does not spread like the flu.

That said, Obama also enjoys saying the word "protocols"--but to be fair, who doesn't?
