The Learned Elders of Occupy

The Tampa offshoot of the Occupy Wall Street movement’s Facebook page features an editorial cartoon on its Wall depicting a bearded Jewish man with a Star of David symbol on his hat driving a car with a United Nations steering wheel and a stick shift decorated with President Obama’s head. The photo represents another in a series of actions by Occupy Wall Street that have generated anti-Semitic controversy.

Charles C.W. Cooke of National Review Online posted an October 4 video depicting Occupy Wall Street protesters harassing an elderly Jewish man in Zuccoti Park, calling him "Jew" and shouting, "You’ve got the money, Jewish man."

In November 2011, the Blaze posted a video of an Occupy protester harassing a Jewish man in a yarmulke and a photograph of an Occupy protester carrying a sign that reads "Wall St. Loves Israel."
