FNC contributor Charles Krauthammer cautioned against fully trusting Russia's proposed plan to allow the international community to take control of Assad's chemical weapons Monday on "Special Report."
Krauthammer concluded it could very well be a stalling tactic, noting the Russian intent could be to draw out negotiations "for months and months, until no one remembers what Syria is."
