The Washington Free Beacon's Ellison Barber appeared on Fox News Monday to discuss another backend problem with Obamacare: that many people who think they've signed up successfully online during a recent surge are not actually covered yet by insurance companies.
The average costs to people who are paying for coverage they aren't receiving yet is a burden, Barber said, and while moving the sign-up deadline helped consumers, insurance companies were still faced with the Jan. 1 deadline.
