President Donald Trump reveled in Congress passing sweeping tax reform legislation on Wednesday, saying "it's always a lot of fun when you win."
Flanked by Republican members of both the House and Senate, Trump thanked them for their hard work.
"It's always a lot of fun when you win," Trump said to laughter. "If you work hard and lose, that's not acceptable."
The Senate passed the $1.5 trillion tax reform package late Tuesday night, and the House of Representatives passed it Wednesday morning.
