President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he is listening to a variety of opinions on the future participation of the United States in the Paris Climate Accord and would make a decision "very soon."

Trump's comments came during a brief press availability in the Oval Office with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

One reporter asked the president about his position on the U.S. potentially withdrawing from the global climate deal, yelling, "Are you leaning in a direction, sir?"

"I'm hearing from a lot of people both ways," the president responded.

Trump also reportedly told the gathering of reporters he would be making a decision "very soon."

Media reports have indicated that Trump will pull the U.S. out of the climate agreement, but the president's comments suggest he has not yet made a final decision.
