The state of Florida is experiencing painful insurance rate hikes in the wake of Obamacare.
In 2015, eight out of eleven insurance companies returning to sell insurance in Florida through Healthcare.gov will spike their rates by 11-23%.
Several of those experiencing the steepest hikes are among Florida's most popular insurance companies, like Health First Insurance, which will increase their rates by 23%, according to Florida's Bay News 9.
