CBS: 'Remarkable' Sebelius Wasn't Fired Earlier

CBS announced their surprise that Kathleen Sebelius, who formally resigned from her position as Secretary of Health and Human Services, was not fired earlier.

"The remarkable thing is that Kathleen Sebelius made it this long," CBS anchorwoman Jan Crawford said.

Sebelius leaves behind a troubled legacy. She repeatedly promised the Obama Administration and Congress that the Obamacare website was ready to go, but the rollout and subsequent enrollment process proved otherwise. Millions of Americans attempted to enroll in the newly launched health exchange, but were troubled by higher premiums, serious security flaws on the website, and long wait times.

Her name and face quickly became the subject of internet GIFs and late night comedy shows, largely because of her inability to answer even the most basic of questions regarding Obamacare and because of its failure.
