Boehner Slams Obama: Reads 22 Instances Obama Said He Couldn't Legally Do Executive Amnesty

Prior to voting on the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Bill, Speaker John Boehner got up and cited 22 times that President Obama did not have the authority to rewrite the immigration law through executive action.

The bill will fund the Department of Homeland Security for the remainder of the fiscal year and support border security and other high priority programs. Most importantly it would stop the President's overreaching on immigration.

After citing President Obama 22 different times, the House passed the bill that could overturn the President's executive action, despite the veto threat.
