Men's Health magazine has declared wounded warrior Noah Galloway the "Ultimate Men's Health Guy" and put him on the cover of their November issue. Galloway lost two limbs during his second tour of duty in Iraq.
In the nine years since then he has "lived by the motto of no excuses."
Galloway was able to overcome battles with depression and substance abuse to embody Men's Health core values of physical fitness, confidence, style, and leadership. He beat out thousands of other men who entered the competition to become the "Ultimate Men's Health Guy." The readers of the magazine voted by the thousands and chose him.
Galloway says it is "absolutely amazing" to be on the cover of the November issue. He says he plans to use his new platform to share his motto with wounded veterans and many others.
