Famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred became visibly annoyed by CNN host Don Lemon on Thursday, saying "don't talk over me" before she realized he was attempting to help prove her point.
Allred and Lemon were discussing comedian Bill Cosby's mistrial and a potential retrial over the jury poll.
"The judge—and I was there at the trial—indicated to the jurors in that first criminal trial that they were not to discuss deliberations or how others voted after they were released from their jury," Allred said.
Lemon attempted to play a juror sound bite, but Allred was not having it.
"Now, wait a second, let me finish," Allred said, while Lemon repeated her name in an attempt to get her attention.
"I want you to finish," Lemon said, before Allred interrupted him.
"No, don't talk over me. I want to address your point," Allred said.
"I'm playing the sound bite to help you make your point," Lemon said.
"Oh, OK," Allred said.
